Order Changes & Exchanges

We kindly ask that you carefully review your order details, including size, design, and quantity, before confirming your purchase. Due to our fast processing times, we cannot offer returns or exchanges if the issue is due to incorrect selections, such as the wrong size, design, item type, or shipping address.

However, if you notice an error, you have a 6-hour window from the time of order placement to cancel and reorder with the correct details. If you have any questions before placing your order, please feel free to contact us. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Canceling Orders

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. If a cancellation request is made after this period, your order may already be in processing or shipping, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

A 10% cancellation fee of the total order value will apply. To cancel your order, please contact us at [email protected].

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. After this period, all orders are considered final, and refunds will no longer be issued.

Eligible Conditions for Returns

  • The item arrived damaged or broken
  • The received design is different from what was ordered
  • The size or material is not what was ordered
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The item received does not match the product description

Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging
  • Items cannot have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Defects must be due to an error on our part
  • Original tags must be intact
  • Minor issues like loose threads are not eligible for returns

Required for Refunds

To request a refund, you will need:

  • The shipping label or receipt
  • Proof of purchase
  • Evidence of defects (photos, etc.)
  • Relevant email correspondence or screenshots

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping. This will not be deducted from your refund.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 2 business days for refund processing. You will be notified via email when the package is received, and we will issue a full refund, including any original shipping fees.

  • Next, contact your credit card company, as processing times can vary.
  • It may take 10-15 days for the refund to appear, depending on your card provider’s policies.

Important Notes

  • Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the delivery date. After this time, orders are considered final, and refunds will not be provided.
  • Items can only be returned or exchanged within the 30-day window, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit or for returns made without prior communication.
