Shipping Time: After processing, your order is shipped. The shipping duration depends on your chosen shipping method and your destination.
Note: Our order cutoff time follows Pacific Standard Time (GMT-08:00). Delivery times may be longer during busy seasons and promotional events.
We partner with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL for reliable deliveries. The total delivery time includes both processing and shipping periods.

Tracking Your Order

Shipping Delays
If your order is not delivered within 45 calendar days, please reach out to [email protected] for a full refund. For any unexpected delays, contact us and we’ll assist. We strive to respond within 12 hours.
Undelivered Packages
If the tracking shows your package as delivered but you can’t find it, first check the delivery area carefully. Then, contact the shipping carrier. If the problem persists, email us at [email protected].
Incorrect Addresses
We cannot guarantee delivery to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. If there’s an error, notify us immediately at [email protected].
Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. Breezemerch is not responsible for customs fees if:
- The package is rejected by the recipient.
- Delivery fails after multiple attempts.
We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion without guaranteeing a refund.
